Originally from Ohio, Dave earned a degree in Business Marketing at The Ohio State University in 2007 before commissioning in the Marine Corps and moving to California in 2010.

Dave's military background includes 5 years with HMLA-367, "Scarface", where he served as a UH-1Y "Huey" Helicopter Pilot stationed in Camp Pendleton and Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. He is now an Instructor Pilot at the training squadron, HMLAT-303 "Atlas", teaching newly-winged aviators how to fly the Huey and continues to serve on active duty. 

Dave received his California Real Estate License in 2019, under Three Lagoons Realty, with the goal of helping friends and family reach their personal goals in real estate. After realizing the unique concerns of military buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, Dave joined Greg to form a Military Team, specifically focused on assisting their fellow Marines and Sailors.
