1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
The information we may collect is described in this Section, and includes data related to account registration, payment, and security, such as your first name, last name, email address, physical address, as well as information you provide us voluntarily, such as your company name, telephone number, and occupation (collectively, the “Personal Information”).
We may collect Personal Information directly from you, from Third Parties, or automatically through your use of the Site and Services. The manner in which we collect your Personal Information is more fully discussed below.
Information We Collect Directly
When a user submits a Contact Form or requests information or Services, we must ask for information, such as but not limited to, the user’s name, company name, email address, billing address, and/or credit card information. Members who sign up for a Mailing List Subscription are not required to enter credit card information.
Children Under Age 13
Our Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to our Site or use our Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use this Site or any of our Services. We do from time to time collect information about children under 13 from our Clients. We ask that our Clients not provide information about children under age 13 without first getting the parents’ consent.

Information We Collect Automatically
Web Beacons: Pages of our Site and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons that permit us, for example, to count Users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics.
Analytics: We may collect information about the device you are using the Services on, including what type of device it is, what operating system you are using, device settings, applications IDs, unique device identifiers, crash data, internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. This information is gathered automatically and is used to analyze trends, administer the Site, to track users’ movements around the Site and to gather demographic information about our User base as a while. We do not use this information to identify individual Users, and we do not link this information to Personal Information

Although we own the data storage, databases, and all rights to the Dev Counsel application, our Users retain all rights to their data. We will never sell or share User Client data with any Third Parties, contact our Users’ Clients directly, or use its users’ data for our own business advantage. We will also never utilize User data in our database to compete with our Users, market to our Users’ Clients, or advertise or contact our Users’ Clients for any other means of profit. We respect the privacy or our Users and the privacy of Our Users’ Client data.

We may disclose personal data, including the data Users submit to us, with or without notice if (a) required by a subpoena or other judicial or administrative order, (b) where required by law, or (c) at our sole discretion, where deemed necessary to protect the safety of any individual, the general public, or to prevent violation of our Terms of Service.

Your Personal Information is important to us. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted on our Site. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy setting or security measures contained on the Site.
We employ reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse, destruction and alteration, unauthorized access, and disclosure. We are not responsible for misappropriation of User account information by the User, such as username and password. We encourage our Users to safeguard this information and to periodically update their passwords. We may require Users to log-in to their Dev Counsel Site after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect against others accidentally accessing their account contents.
With respect to Third Party services used by us to provide our Services, we will take reasonable and appropriate steps to ensure that the information transferred is handled at the same level as information handled in accordance with this policy.
If a breach of data occurs with our Site or Services, we will notify you via the Site or email within 30 business days of discovering the breach. By using the Site or Services, you acknowledge and agree that we may send you electronic notifications via email in lieu of notification by mail. 5. ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Once your account exists, you have the ability to modify or update the Personal Information that you have submitted, in the event it changes. In accordance with the Terms of the Service, you may cancel your Service at any time. The data you provide us is yours, and accordingly, you may remove it any time you want. If you are a User, you may correct, amend, or delete your account information by clicking the Account link in the global navigation bar at the top of the screen. Once an account has been cancelled, the information is immediately deleted and cannot be recovered.
