Originally from New Jersey, Greg moved to Oceanside, California in 2009 after completing flight school in Pensacola, Florida. 

​

Greg's military background includes four years with HMLA-169 the "Vipers," where he served as a AH-1Z "Cobra" pilot and completed two tours of duty in Afghanistan.

​

After his time with the Vipers, Greg moved over to the training squadron, HMLAT-303 "Atlas," where he served as an instructor pilot, teaching newly-winged aviators how to fly the Cobra. Greg continues to serve as an instructor with HMLAT-303 as a reservist.

Greg's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy, as well as a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. While on active duty, Greg served as a Command Financial Specialist, and completed a certificate program in Certified Financial Planning.

Greg received his California real estate salesperson license in 2015, and has hung his license with Megan Schenck of Three Lagoons Realty ever since. Greg got into real estate initially to serve as a property manager for his fellow Marines and Sailors. He started the the Three Lagoons Realty Property Management division in 2015, and has since spearheaded the initiative to form a Military Team to focus on the unique concerns of military buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
